In April 2025, an event took place that became a turning point in the brand’s history. Healingbowl® was officially welcomed at the palace of Nepal’s royal family. Princess Jyoti Shah invited Dr. V. P. Surikov—the founder of the singing bowl sound resonance therapy methodology—and his assistant (I. A. Prokopenko) to her residence to conduct demonstration sessions and negotiations.

The Palace Visit: Sessions and Practice
During an eight‑day stay at Princess Jyoti’s residence in Kathmandu, Viktor Petrovich conducted meditations and a course of 12 sessions using his sound resonance therapy methods for her. In the meditations and sessions, V. P. Surikov used Healingbowl®’s collection and professional sets of singing bowls:

Healingbowl® Professional Himalayan Pearl®.
The princess expressed deep respect for Dr. Surikov’s system after the very first session, noting the subtlety and precision of the approach and its medical validity. She thanked him for the obvious positive effect and asked him to conduct the full course of sessions.

A session was also held for Crown Princess Himani Shah. The crown princess also expressed great interest in Dr. Surikov’s methodology and the effect of using Healingbowl® singing bowls, and invited V. P. Surikov and I. A. Prokopenko (as his assistant) to spend a working day at her palace. There, two more sessions were conducted with members of the royal family, prospects for cooperation were outlined, and Healingbowl®’s status as a brand working with Nepal’s royal family was officially confirmed.

The quality of the instruments surprised and delighted the princesses, their assistants, and indeed everyone who experienced their sound and vibration — both in terms of auditory perception and physical sensation. Naturally, a noticeable improvement in well‑being was also noted.
After the morning meditation, Dr. V. P. Surikov and I. A. Prokopenko were invited by Princess Jyoti to join her on a trip to Parping, where they together visited the Vajrayogini Temple and Padmasambhava’s Cave—among the most revered sacred sites in Nepal. The princess explained that during the meditation she had established a connection with Vajrayogini, whom she holds in particularly high esteem. This gesture served as a tangible confirmation of the deep trust that members of the royal family expressed toward the work and mission of the Healingbowl® brand.
During those same days, at Princess Jyoti’s residence, meetings were held with other high‑ranking officials and business owners in Nepal. This laid the foundation for launching negotiations on establishing a Healingbowl® Academy and Holistic Centre, as well as initiating joint projects in the region.
Project Development: From Practices to Systematic Collaboration
The recognition of Healingbowl®’s methodologies and tools at the royal level has opened new horizons. In 2025, the team entered the active phase of establishing:
the Healingbowl® Holistic Centre;
the Healingbowl® Academy;
the International Association of Sound Therapists.
This effort involves the royal family, abbots of monasteries, and business partners in Nepal. The princesses have expressed their willingness to participate in training and programme development, as well as to support initiatives aimed at promoting wellness, education, and cultural exchange.

Collaboration with Tibetan Monasteries in Nepal
It is particularly significant that Healingbowl® is the only singing bowl brand officially invited to conduct practices and train student groups at leading Tibetan monasteries in Nepal. For many years (since 2016), Dr. Surikov has been conducting classes at Pema Tsal Sakya and Amitabha monasteries, including sessions in the main halls in front of the altars. The abbots of the monasteries personally write blessings on participants’ certificates as a keepsake, alongside the signature of the instructor and the author of the methodologies.
Recognition at both the spiritual and royal levels confirms the universality and significance of these methodologies. They are being learned by clinic owners, retail partners, massage therapists, doctors, yoga instructors, and members of high society from various countries.
A New Chapter for Healingbowl®
Healingbowl® singing bowls now resonate in palaces, monasteries, and clinics. Dr. Surikov’s methodologies unite Eastern tradition and Western scientific systems into a single harmonious practice. This journey of recognition is the result of 15 years of dedicated work by the team—years filled with research, mission‑driven efforts, and a deep love for knowledge and people.
