Singing bowls

Healingbowl® singing bowls are designed to deliver maximum effect in practice. They are also very convenient for beginners, as they are responsive to handling and forgiving of mistakes. The video demonstrates all technique elements: striking with a hard striker, producing a soft sound with a gong striker, generating low‑frequency vibration for massage (be sure to appreciate this crucial feature!), and creating high‑frequency vibration (“singing”). The bowl shown in the video is exactly this model.
