As such, they find versatile application across various teaching domains, ranging from yoga to coaching. Tingsha holds significant prominence in practices centered around singing bowls. The soft, profound melodies of the singing bowls induce meditative states or light slumber. During a practice, the subtle notes of Tingsha delicately sharpen focus when necessary, while they play an essential role at the session's start and closure.

We employ Tingsha in singing bowl sessions to prevent participants from entering deep sleep during daytime sessions and as a teaching aid.
