Refund Policy

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

• unused and in new condition;
• in its original packaging, with all tags and packaging material still attached;
• accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

Please do not send anything back without asking us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation will be returned to you at your own expense.

Items that cannot be returned

• Downloadable products, including video courses
• Incense
• Accessories for singing bowls, such as mallets, cushions and cases
• Goods showing signs of mechanical damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@healingbowl.asia — we will always work with you to find a solution or replace the item.

Refunds

1. Inspection. Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received it.
2. Decision. We will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
3. Payment. If approved, the refund is issued to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Cancellations

If you ask to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it and we are able to stop the shipment, a 4% cancellation fee is deducted from your refund. This fee covers the payment processing charge, which is not returned to us.

The fee does not apply to pre-orders where the complete order is not yet available.

Sessions, events and courses

The returns and refunds set out above apply to goods. Bookings are handled as follows.

Individual sessions. You pay after the session, not before, so there is nothing to refund. If you cannot come, tell us and we will move your booking; a booking you do not use is never charged for.

Events in Kuala Lumpur. If you cannot attend, tell us and we will move your booking to another date. Your place is not lost and no fee is charged.

Courses that include travel. If you cancel your participation, we refund what you have paid within 14 days, less a 5% administration charge. If we cancel the course, you receive a full refund with no deduction.

Exchanges

We will replace an item that arrives defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange for the same or a different item, write to info@healingbowl.asia.

Return shipping

The return address is provided once your return request has been approved. Please do not use the address on the original parcel.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable, as they are paid directly to carriers. Where a refund is issued, the original shipping cost is deducted from it.
• If you are shipping an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery times for exchanges vary depending on your location.
