A programme that suits everyone

  • Practising therapistsMassage therapists, bodywork practitioners, spa specialists, yoga and meditation teachers.
  • BeginnersThe basic course needs no special background. All it takes is the wish to go into the world of sound and vibration.
  • Hotels and spasProperties that would rather certify their own staff than bring in ours.

The courses

The courses run in order: each one builds on the algorithms of the previous. You can take a single course or several — for a personal practice that is enough. Training and the masterclass take place at the Healingbowl® Training & Wellness Center in Kuala Lumpur, in a group or one to one.

  • Masterclass · introduction

Two hours to hear what professional bowls are really capable of — the sound, the vibration — and to decide whether to start the training, before paying for it.

    For: anyone. No experience needed.

    2 hours · MYR 100
  • Course 1 · Sound Resonance Therapy

The basic course, from which everything else begins. How to draw sound from a bowl, what principles the method rests on, and which basic algorithms underlie all the courses that follow.

For: beginners, home practice, wellness practitioners, psychologists, yoga and meditation teachers, spa specialists — and anyone planning to continue.

    1 day × 5 h · MYR 1,200
  • Course 2 · Bowl massage, vibro-acoustic

How sound and controlled vibration come together in a structured contact session. You practise the techniques and, more importantly, learn to build a sequence of sessions rather than apply isolated moves.

For: massage and bodywork therapists, spa professionals, rehabilitation specialists — anyone adding a distinctly tactile technique to what they already offer.

    2 days × 4 h · MYR 2,000
  • Course 3 · Acoustic massage, no contact

Non-contact algorithms performed with a coordinated set. Individual acoustic sessions, group sound healing and singing bowl meditations — the format hotels and retreats ask for most often.

For: spa and wellness professionals, psychologists, meditation and yoga teachers, hotels and retreat centres — anyone running both individual and group sessions.

    2 days × 4 h · MYR 2,000
  • Course 4 · Vibropuncture

An advanced contact course: thirty-four structured schemes applied to anatomical points and areas of the body, and work with special bowls on a defined task — on a single area rather than the whole body. The method is applied within the specialist's competence and, where needed, in agreement with a doctor.

For: experienced practitioners, massage therapists and recovery specialists — those who need depth in point contact work.

    2 days × 4 h · MYR 2,000
  • Individually, with the author of the method

Any of the courses one-to-one or as a couple, with Dr. Surikov himself. Considerably more attention, correction of technique as you go, and the work aimed straight at your own professional goals.

For: those who want the most from a short time, and practitioners who are correcting technique they already have.

    per course · MYR 4,000

Every course includes a video course and teaching materials with lifetime access.

Certification

What you get

  • A certificate for each course you complete.
  • The algorithms themselves — sequences, durations, positions — written down, so you practise a protocol instead of improvising.
  • A video course and a tutorial for every course taken, with access that does not expire.
  • Preferential terms on a professional bowl or set — instruments selected for the protocols you have just learned.
  • For businesses: help connecting the method to your existing services, training for your team and a concept for the treatment room.

A Healingbowl® certificate confirms that you have completed a course in the method. It is not a state licence and not a healthcare qualification.
